Out of Network Information

If your provider is not in-network with your insurance plan, services are provided on a on an out-of-pocket basis. We can provide a detailed monthly superbill that you may submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We encourage you to call your insurance company directly to inquire about any out-of-network benefits.
