Therapy and Consultation Rates

Initial intake / diagnostic session - $245
Ongoing therapy or family consultation (50 minutes) - $200

For evaluations, workshops, or research partnerships, please contact for an estimate.

Insurance Information

In-Network with Excellus BCBS
If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, services are provided on a private pay basis. We will provide a detailed monthly superbill that you may submit directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We encourage you to call your insurance company directly to inquire about out-of-network benefits.

Reduced-Rate/Sliding Scale

Reduced-rate appointments are available on a limited basis across all private pay services for families experiencing financial constraints. Please mention the sliding scale during your consultation call or contact the practice for more information.
