Dr. Caroline Martin (she/her) is a licensed clinical psychologist in New York State dedicated to providing evidence-based mental health services for children, adolescents, and their families in the Rochester area.
She is passionate about helping young people thrive during their most formative years, and believes that supporting parents and caregivers is essential to achieving this goal. Her approach combines the latest research in child psychology with compassionate, individualized care, working collaboratively with families to create meaningful and lasting change.
Much of Dr. Martin's clinical work centers on early childhood, when the right support can shape how a child grows, connects, and thrives. Her specialized training in infant and early childhood mental health informs both her clinical practice and her broader commitment to prevention and early intervention.
Beyond direct clinical care, Dr. Martin partners with organizations on research and program evaluation, and works to bridge the gap between clinical services and the community-based supports families need. This broader vision is what drives all services at Momentum Psychology.
